Last week of the Holiday

So it's back to uni tomorrow and I've got that sinking Sunday night feeling.

Been up to a lot of nice things over the past few days...

Had a trip to the zoo, a trip to IKEA, a walk along the Water of Leith, took part in the torch lit procession, walked in Holyrood park and had a strawberry sherbert ice cream at the beach :)

Turkey Wellington

This Christmas we made a delicious turkey wellington...

Turkey roasted with cranberry and thyme, coated in duxelle and
topped with crispy bacon and rosemary

HK stuff being all cute.

I think one of the best things about HK was how cute everyday things were. You'd see business men carrying packets of angry birds tissues and writing notes with propelling hello kitty pencils.
